TotAcro - 6 & 12 Wks | Ages 1-2 & 2-3

Acrobatics is a style of dance that brings together rhythmic gymnastics and dance. At the toddler level this class is designed to maintain your child's natural flexibility while gaining basic dance/movement skills applicable in life and in sport. This class requires a guardian's participation for ages 1-2 yrs and engages the guardian in learning teachable skills that include direction, speed, musicality, rhyming, singing, and play. 

Creative Movement 6 & 12 Wks | Ages 3-4 & 4-6

Creative Movement combines creative play in the form of games, imagination, song & dance to learn the fundamentals of dance. Dancers are introduced to aspects of ballet, jazz, musical theatre, acrobatics, and tap through specific activities and music to prepare them to entre into any "Pre-"dance class (pre-ballet, pre-tap, etc.). 

KinderAcro - 6 & 12 Wks | Ages 5-7 is not offered for Summer 2019 but will resume in September 2019

KinderAcro encourages children to work with instructor more and guardian less. This class also uses props to engage participants in learning while also utilizing games, songs, rhymes, and structured dance exercises. 

Wedding Choreography

Help make your special day unforgettable with our wedding choreographer. Our customizable packages allow you to choose participants, the number of choreographed pieces, locations for rehearsals, and the number of rehearsals. We guide you in choosing music, dance styles, and provide you with a visual copy of your choreography so you can rehearse at your leisure. We even offer music editing! 

Personal & Group Fitness Training

Take your personal health & fitness into your own hands! Book as many or as few one-on-one sessions with our personal fitness training to discover how you can become healthier and fitter. Our personal fitness training will design a programme specifically for YOU, enroll you in setting your own goals, and follow through with helping you achieve your health & fitness goals. This programme is particularly helpful for anyone with current or past injuries of any kind - our fitness trainer is well versed in movement rehabilitation. In studio or in your own space - YOU choose! Pricing varies depending on programme.
